FAQ
FAQ: What is your Minimum Order?
Answer: 100 Mugs.
FAQ: Do you print directly onto the mug?
Answer: No we print the image using ceramic glaze's which we float onto the mug
and then the Mugs are fired in our Kilns for more than 2 hours.
FAQ: Is the artwork durable?
Answer: Yes it is ~ we do not use a sublimation process - our ceramic glazes are permanent and create a quality lasting - item.
FAQ: What info do you require to Quote on Branded Coffee Mugs.
Answer: We need the following information and any change to any one single factor will result in a quoted price change.
Quantity Required
Shape of Mug Required
Base Colour of the Mug (White is the easiest to decorate and least expensive)
Number of Colours in your Clients artwork
Positioning: One Side of the Mug - Both Sides of the Mug - Or Wrapped Around the Mug
Inserts: Do you want text or Graphic inside the mug ( ie. Web Address or Tel Numbers etc.)
FAQ: Can you reproduce exact colours ?
Answer: If you give us pantone colour codes we will do our best to match them, however as ceramic glazes are not inks we have to use our expert knowledge to formulate a colour that your client will approve.
FAQ: Can you make a Sample?
Answer: Yes we can however we charge a fee to cover expenses.
FAQ: Do you charge a Art & Setup Fee?
Answer: Yes we do and this is dependant on the number of colours in your artwork.
FAQ: How long will it take to produce our order?
Answer: On Average 8-10 working days after you approve your graphics you collect your Mugs.
FAQ: Do you only do Mugs?
Answer: No we do all types of Ceramic and Glassware Such as Mugs -Dinner Services - Cups & Saucers - Beer Mugs
Beer Glasses - Wine Glasses.
FAQ: How do you require the artwork?
Answer By Email in jpg format.
FAQ: Will we get a proof to sign off artwork?
Answer: Yes we will send you an email showing the layout & positioning of your Wording, Motiff's & Slogans
We only start the print & decorating process once you have approved the artwork as it will appear
on the mug.
FAQ: What are your payment terms?
Answer: 50% when you place the order before we start working on your order and 50% on the day of collection.
FAQ: Do you deliver.
Answer: No we do not - however we have a courier company that charges a fair price which we do not markup
and we are happy to quote their delivery fee when we quote on any work.
FAQ: Can we supply our own Mugs & Glassware?
Yes you can however you take the risk then for all production breakage’s
these can be as high as 5% of the total quantity - We charge per item supplied irrespective.
